Terms & Conditions


	All designs are protected by copyright by Wallis Designs. It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or in part any design shown on this website. All goods remain the property of Wallis Designs until payment is made in full. Goods will only be despatched after payment has been received. Orders cannot commence without either full payment (if order value under £300) or a 20% deposit (if order value over £300). Final payment is due when the order is ready to be despatched. Orders cannot be cancelled once we have started work on your stationery. Any such order is liable for full payment. Whilst every care is taken to pack the order securely, Wallis Designs cannot be held liable for loss or damage in transit. All large packages are despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier which includes full traceability and insurance. Any incorrect/faulty goods must be reported within 5 working days of receipt. If incorrect/faulty goods have been supplied in error, Wallis Designs will replace the goods, free of charge. All personalised items are strictly non-returnable. Such goods can only be returned, by prior approval, if received FAULTY. In the rare case where FAULTY goods have been supplied, Wallis Designs will send a free replacement. Proof reading is the client’s responsibility. Wallis Designs cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed and have been approved. Any alterations requested after printing has started are liable to be charged for. The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any images, poems, hymns, readings etc supplied to Wallis Designs. The client indemnifies Wallis Designs against any action brought against it for breach of a third parties copyright. Colours of the designs may vary slightly between items produced due to the nature of the handmade materials used. However materials for whole orders are gathered in one go where possible to minimise this risk. Each individual product is handmade or decorated by Wallis Designs, therefore there may be minimal variations between items. Wallis Designs accept no responsibility for any effects the ageing process may have on any products. Wallis Designs reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time. Wallis Designs reserves the right to extend delivery dates if necessary. Customers will be consulted immediately if this situation arises. Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Such price increases will not affect any existing orders at that time. Placing an order through this website or sending a deposit/payment is a notification that you agree with our terms and conditions.
