Our Promise
Unlike other wedding
stationery companies, we do not charge extra for personalising your
stationery inserts. This not only includes adapting any of our wording
options to suit your occasion, but also printing every guest's name on
their invite - for free!
We put a lot of
time, care and effort into our products and hope you will be delighted
with the end results!
When to Order
All of our products
are hand made to order - please ensure you allow enough time for us to
make your goods. We recommend you contact us at least 12 months prior to
your wedding to book into our diary to avoid disappointment later (only
a 20% deposit is required to hold your space). Even if you aren't sure
of final numbers - book yourself in early!!!
We recommend that you send your
invitations around 3-6 months before your wedding day
to allow guests enough time to rsvp.
Large orders take around 12 weeks to
produce following the return of a signed proof form. (With large
stationery orders we can despatch your invitations as soon as they are
ready, with the remainder of your order to follow when finished)
Smaller stationery
orders or orders for wedding extras such as guest books or albums etc can usually be despatched
within six weeks - this may be longer during the busy spring and summer
months. Please email us if you need something urgently, as we will do
our best to help!
Ordering
Orders can be placed online, by post or over the
phone.
For orders over £300 - a 20% deposit is payable. The remaining balance
must be paid before despatch of any goods. Our shopping basket will
automatically calculate a total of 20% if you order more than £300 worth
of goods.
For orders under £300, full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Large orders can be split and paid for separately if desired. All orders
must be paid for in full before despatch.
To order online, simply add
your required goods to your virtual shopping basket using the 'Buy'
buttons beside each product. Once you have added everything you require,
check you have entered the correct quantities, allowing for extra
guests, mistakes when writing out the cards and mementoes, and proceed to the
check-out.
At the check-out you
can either print your order form and post it to usor pay
online.

post your order form with a cheque, please send it to Wallis Designs
Studio, 14 Longfield Close, Callington, Cornwall PL17 7EA.
Delivery & Postage
All large orders will be
posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery
or courier. These
services are guaranteed next day before
5.30pm and require a signature
on receipt.
Smaller orders, samples and sample
packs are posted first class with Royal Mail.
Postal charges:
Orders up to £10.00 = £1, up to £20 = £2 postage, up to £50 = £5
postage, up to £500 = £10 postage, over £500 = free postage! Thats
FREE POSTAGE ON ANY
ORDER OVER £500!!
Large orders may be
sent as two/three parcels - additional carriage costs may apply if
unavoidable.
Payment
Payments are accepted by cheque,
payable to Wallis Designs, or
by credit/debit cardeither online or over the phone.
Our
postal address if ordering offline is 14 Longfield Close, Callington,

When you make a purchase
online, your credit/debit card details are not seen by Wallis Designs, but are
processed separately through our specialist online secure
payment-processing partners -
NOCHEX.If you want to learn more about their security features visit
their online Security Statement.
Refunds will be
returned directly from Wallis Designs, rather than NOCHEX.
Proofs
Once your order has
been received we will request any personalisation details required by
email,
including colour preferences if applicable.
Some details can be confirmed at a later date such as guest names and
order of service details, if required.
We are happy to
print your guest's names on your invitations and place cards, however we
do ask for a typed list of names. If hand written
guest lists or order of service text is received it will incur a £25
typesetting fee.
With
stationery orders, you
will next receive a set of proofs,
once your payment has been confirmed
by NOCHEX, or cheque received.
These proofs will be sent with a proof
approval form, which needs to be signed and returned before we
proceed with production of your order.
As
every item is handmade some items may vary slightly in appearance and
colour.
